I had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Bolthole for a few nights, just a few weeks ago and I can honestly say, I had the best time.  Where do I start in describing what made the trip so relaxing? From start to finish, I loved every minute of my break.
As I drove down the scenic drive, I knew I was entering into a place of calm and tranquility. The Bolt Hole was easy to locate and when I saw it, I just couldn't wait to get inside! The decking area provided a great outdoor seating space, which I used quite a bit whilst reading my magazine and eating some cake!
Inside, the caravan was warm and inviting. The bedrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I didn't wake up until 9am every morning, which was just bliss. The caravan is well stocked for self catering and even has an airfryer!
The site has a fabulous swimming pool, which I used every day. It has a great booking system, which means you can often find a quiet time to use the pool - and I had it to myself every time I used it.
I loved the short walk down to the bay, but I also enjoyed walking through the meadows on the site too. They have benches dotted around, and I just sat, admired the beautiful views and soaked up the calming environment. 
I can honestly say, The Bolt Hole lived up to its name - it really did feel like the perfect place to just get away from it all. I felt like I had a really good break away.  I can highly recommend and I will return.
